1200 East 25th Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21218 Removed existing wood shake roofing down to existing wood sleepers, installed all new 1/2″ plywood sheathing over existing wood sleepers, installed ice and water shield over the entire new plywood surface, and custom fabricated and installed new 20oz copper standing seam roof system with new snow guards. Installed two new Velux skylights over kitchen with new interior trim, replaced custom copper box gutter over garage doors, Custom Fabricated new copper chimney crown, and replaced vertical wood siding on side wall between two roof sections.
