Description of Work:  Replaced various sections of gutter and downspouts on the main house with new 5″ copper half round gutters secured using copper roof mounted shanks and circles, and new 3″ round copper downspouts. Replaced existing wire loop snowguards with new Sieger Model “C” Bronze snowguards at all areas where the gutters were replaced, and painted the existing fascia boards prior to the gutter installation. Fabricated and installed custom 20oz copper hip & ridge caps on entire house. Removed damaged stucco at a few different locations on the main house and replaced with new underlayment, wire mesh and traditional masonry stucco to match the existing design and texture. Spot pointed stone foundation mortar joints at ground level in various areas around the house.
