Description of Work:
Tore down 35 courses of right side chimney and rebuilt to match existing size and style, replaced two sets of terra cotta flue liners and the chimney throat, fabricated and installed a custom stainless steel chimney cap with a screened hood, painted newly rebuilt chimney to match existing as close as possible and replaced one section of gutter on the front of the house with a new half round copper gutter.
