Description of Work: Replaced entire upper and lower main roofs with 75mil reinforced black EPDM, and replaced all gutters and downspouts with .032 white aluminum half round gutter and 3″ round white aluminum downspouts. Removed one discontinued chimney on lower roof and roofed over. Replaced rotted and damaged rafters on lower roof with new structural LVL rafters and installed new 3/4″ CDX plywood sheathing. Added 4 courses of brick and a new concrete crown to the chimney on the upper roof, and re-layed the top few courses of brick on the entire parapet wall. Replaced one window on the rear exterior wall with a new Atrium 8900 series double hung vinyl replacement window with new sill flashing and exterior trim.
