Description of Work: For replacing chimney flashing and gusset on front brick chimney and for replacing wood chimney flashing and saddle with new copper flashing. For replacing rotted cedar siding on rear chimney and for repainting siding. For replacing rotted sheathing fascia soffit and trim below rear chimney flashing and painting as needed.
