Description of Work: Furnish and installed new slate roofing and gutters at new addition. At lower roofs, we installed new 12”x20” Black Vermont slate roofing over Ice and Water Shield and 30LB felt underlayments, new #2 Galvanized Snow Guards, new custom Almond colored eave and rake flashings and new 20oz copper base and apron flashings to match existing lower roofs. At upper roofs, we installed Random x 14” Black Vermont slate roofing over Ice and Water Shield and 30LB felt underlayments, new copper loop Snow Guards, new custom Almond colored eave and rake flashings and new 20oz copper base and transition flashings to match existing upper roofs. We installed new 5” half round aluminum gutters secured with #12 roof shanks and circles and new 3” round aluminum downspouts at all eaves of new addition to match existing drainage system.
