Description of Work: Remove existing railings at front balcony and save for reuse, remove existing roofing material, replace rotted and damaged fascia, trim, sheathing and framing, add rafter tails and construct a new built-in gutter at front side, install a new 60mil EPDM built-in gutter and roof, install a new 3″ round copper downspout, reinstall railings, paint all railings and underside of entire balcony above columns and repair damaged siding at rear of house.
