Geometric Domed Roof – Owings Mills, Maryland

Replaced geometric dome roof and garage roof with CertainTeed Landmark Pro asphalt shingles, replaced flat roof with 75mil EPDM, replaced 3 stationary custom curb mounted skylights, removed motor brackets from 3 old operable skylights and welded to 3 new custom curb mounted operable skylights and installed.

Woman’s Club of Roland Park – Custom Wood Railing

Custom fabricate and install a Western Red Cedar railing to the front porch to match original design. Railing posts were mounted over 4×4 blocking that were flashed into the existing EPDM roof.

Guilford – Exterior Restoration

2014 NATIONAL AWARD WINNING PROJECT: This project included the complete restoration of the Guilford, Maryland home’s front portico entrance. Cap off by a stunning copper standing seam metal roof.

Historic Restoration – Wood Shingles

Historic Old Salem Church 701 Ingleside Avenue All existing cedar shake roofing was removed and new 24″ treated cedar shingles were installed. The chimney on the main roof was dismantled and removed.  Various areas of stone wall was re-pointed. New copper counter flashing was installed at front and rear lower roofs.

Standing Seam Copper Roof – Roland Park

Removed existing wood shake roofing down to existing wood sleepers, installed all new 1/2″ plywood sheathing over existing wood sleepers, installed ice and water shield over the entire new plywood surface, and custom fabricated and installed new 20oz copper standing seam roof system with new snow guards. Vermont Mottled Grey/Black Slate

Replace existing slate roof with new Random x 20″ Vermont Mottled Grey/Black slates, installed all new copper flashings, new copper hip & ridge caps and installed a new standing seam copper roof on the cupola over the garage.

Rodgers Forge – Asphalt Shingles

This project consisted of removing old slate roof and installing new CertainTeed Grand Manor asphalt shingles per Rodgers Forge architectural guides lines.  New 20oz copper roof divider installed per manufacturers requirements for 50 year warranty.  Also rebuilt brick chimney and installed new chimney cap.

Replacing existing wood shake roof with DaVinci Synthetic Shakes over new plywood sheathing with new copper flashing, repointing brick chimney
