Project Description
1. Removed old doors and windows and replaced with new Loewen wood windows. All interior trim was custom fabricated on site to blend with original design of house. All new windows were stained inside and out. 2. Replaced old pegboard soffit on back of house with new sanded plywood soffitt and stained all new soffitt. 3. Rebuilt rotted framing around all replacement window and soffit areas as needed and rebuilt brick foundation wall as needed. 4. Removed old wood deck on back of house and discarded. Installed custom fabricated wood cedar siding to fill in area on house where deck was removed and stained all siding to match. 5. Replaced rotted vertical siding on exterior walls around new windows with new custom fabricated wood cedar siding to match original design and stained all new siding. 6. Removed and discarded old fence in rear yard. 7. Stained all patio rails, garden blocking, and new fencing around property. 8. Rehung and adjusted 5 interior doors and 1 entry door for smoother operation.
