Project Description

Reroof main house, pool house, tool shed, and water shed with new wood shingles and replace flashings with new copper flashings. Install new half round copper gutters and downspouts, cut and repoint stone chimney and south side wall, installed 2 new copper chimney caps, rebuilt and repainted rotted wood shutter and repaired wood entry door on main house. Replaced rotted fascia, decking, dormer trim, and detailed rake trim on shed and repaired wood barn door.
