Project Description
Replace all valley flashings & all chimney flashings, replace all broken & missing slate, replace (3) flat roof sections with EPDM & copper flashings, replace (1) skylight, replace copper water table & built-in gutter on side porch, re-point all (4) chimneys & re-build the top courses. Remove the slate & install ice shield on the eaves & install new snow guards.
