Joseph A. Fick, Jr.
Joseph A. Fick, Jr. is our Chairman. He is the oldest son of Joseph A. Fick, co-founder of the present company. Joe has been actively involved with Fick Bros. since he was in high school. He started out working summers and vacations, learning hands on from the ground up. Joe became the President of Fick Bros. when his father retired in 1978. Since then he has seen the company through many changes and developments from staff to relocation. He has effectively transitioned Fick Bros. from a commercial based company to a residential one. His dedication to continuing the family business is admirable and sets a great example for the entire company. It is Joe's guidance which has successfully lead Fick Bros. to its current status as, "Baltimore's Best Roofing Experience."
