1200 East 25th Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21218 Description of Work: Removed the existing tin roof and all flashings and replaced with a Standing Seam Painted Steel Roof. Roof panel is an 18” wide panel with a 1” high double locked seam. The manufacturer of the roof is Met Fab and the roof color is Forest Green. In addition to the roof replacement we also replaced the siding on the dormers with new vinyl siding, wrapped the dormer windows with .032 aluminum flashing, and re-painted the concrete front porch.
