Description of Work: Replaced flat front overhang roof with new fully adhered 60mil EPDM over 1/2″ HD ISO, replaced shingle roof above with new Timberblend colored CertainTeed XT25 AR shingles over 2″ ISO, 1/2″ CDX plywood, full CertainTeed Winter Guard ice & water shield and Roofer’s Select felt paper, replaced several structural rafters and beams, replaced special order 2x tongue and groove decking, replaced trim at numerous areas, removed and reinstalled tongue and groove siding, cut tongue and groove siding 6″ above roof surface and installed .032 aluminum “Z” flashing and new 1x AZEK trim, primed all newly installed and exposed trim and installed new .032 black aluminum eave, rake and coping flashings.
