Description of Work:  Replaced the original 1879 diamond patterned flat seam tin roof on the mansard with 16oz Freedom Gray custom fabricated diamond flat seam pans to match the existing style and design, replaced (5) dormer roofs with flat seam Freedom Gray and installed custom copper window sill flashings, removed and reinstalled curved trim boards at both hips and both rake edges and the molding at the top of the mansard in order to replace the mansard roof, replaced various rotted pieces of trim on the dormers and replaced (3) wood brackets on the front elevation cornice.
