Description of Work:  Replaced entire main roof with Gatehouse Slate colored Grand Manor shingles, .032 brown aluminum eave flashing, .032 eggshell aluminum rake flashings, 20oz copper cricket and base flashings, and 16oz copper counter flashings. Installed new 5″ half round copper gutters and 3″ round copper downspouts at various locations around the home, and one custom copper conductor head. Replaced front porch and rear bay window roofs with 16oz copper historic double lock standing seam roofs and 16oz copper counter flashings. Fabricated and installed custom Ogee style 16oz copper box gutter and 2″ round copper downspouts at bay window eaves. Installed new Woodstock Brown colored James Hardie clapboard siding and cedar trim on dormer sidewalls and replaced rotted trim and moldings in various areas as necessary.
