Job of the Month - August 2018

Description of Work: Removed 5 courses of DaVinci Slate tiles and replaced all box gutters on buildings 302 & 304 with new 16oz copper custom shop fabricated copper ogee style box gutters with new 1/8″ x 1″ copper bar hangers, 1/8″ x 1″ copper bar support straps and new 16oz copper eave flashings. Reinstalled previously saved DaVinci slate tiles over new ice and water shield and 30LB felt paper underlayment and replaced existing snow retention system with a new Alpine PP125 mill finished 3 pipe snow rail system. Repaired one broken PVC vent pipe and installed 6 new 20oz copper vent pipe flashings. Replaced approximately 40 linear feet of damaged downspout with new 4″ x 6″ 16oz custom shop fabricated copper downspout. Replaced approximately 15 square feet of counter flashing on one parapet wall with new 16oz copper custom shop fabricated counter flashing.
