Description of Work: Replaced all slate roofing with new 11″ x 22″ Vermont semi-weathering gray slate with (2) rows of Sieger “Boss” bronze snow guards, .032 brown aluminum eave flashings, .032 white aluminum rake flashings, 20oz copper base and chimney flashings, installed new 1″ x 4″ cedar trim at the base of the vertical tongue & groove cedar siding walls with an .032 aluminum “Z” flashing detail and painted to match existing siding color, fully repointed (2) brick chimneys from the roofline to the crown, fabricated and installed custom 20oz copper chimney caps with copper screened chimney hoods, replaced miscellaneous siding and trim at (2) dormers and painted to match existing paint color and adjusted existing half round copper gutter system on entire house as needed to ensure proper function and drainage.
