Description of Work: Replaced all built-in gutters with new 20oz copper, replaced tree damaged rafters, sheathing and molding on south elevation and painted new molding, replaced rotted rafters and rotted sheathing in various areas of the built-in gutter, replaced vent pipe flashings with new 20oz copper vent pipe collars, replaced all downspouts with new 16oz copper custom shop fabricated box downspouts, installed 2 courses of new Sieger Model C snow guards, replaced all valleys with new 20oz copper ‘V’ valleys, replaced broken and missing slates throughout roof, replaced upper flat roof with new 20oz copper flat seam roofing and painted dormer windows and dormer sidewalls.
