Description of Work: Replace existing painted tin over cedar shake roof with a new 1/2″ CDX plywood and bronze colored, 18″ wide, 24ga galvalume Met Fab Snap Lock 550 metal roof system and flashings, rebuild 4 chimneys, repair and paint all exterior fascia, rake and soffit wood, repair all gutters and downspouts, remove 2 steel balconies, demo rear area and build 2 new custom AZEK decks and stairs at the first and second floor elevations, install a new steel railing at the second floor deck, replace 26 windows with new JELD-WEN vinyl windows and wrap sills and trim with custom fabricated .032 aluminum Eggshell colored flashing, repoint 550LF of stone mortar joints and a variety of misc. interior and exterior carpentry and masonry repairs.
