Description of Work: Removed custom PermaCast railing system and post sleeves and saved for reinstallation. Removed existing roofing and replaced rotted framing and sheathing at various locations. Installed new 4″ x 4″ treated posts secured to the roof framing. Installed a fully adhered 75mil reinforced EPDM system over mechanically fastened 1/2″ HD POLY-ISO insulation. Reinstalled previously saved PermCast post sleeves and railings.
