Description of Work: Replaced rear main roof section with new 16oz copper standing seam roof, replaced gutter with new 16oz copper gutter, replaced rotted roof sheathing and rotted clerestory framing, replaced (2) rotted clerestory window sashes and (1) rotted window frame with new customer supplied Pella wood windows, replace damaged/improperly installed cedar trim and T1-11 siding and soffit at main roof eave & rake and on clerestory, repaired water damaged and cracked interior drywall seams, partially rebuilt and repointed chimney and installed a new masonry crown and re-flashed chimney with 20oz copper.
