Description of Work: Rebuilt chimney chase that had blown over using new 2x lumber tied in to the existing house framing and new 1/2″ CDX plywood sheathing to match existing design. Installed a new double walled chimney flue and termination rain cap to tie-in to the existing chimney flue. Installed new copper flashings at roof tie-in as well as new grade A clear cedar trim and new 16″ Eastern white cedar shingle siding over Tyvek house wrap and Slicker-Max breathable underlayment on the exterior sides of the chimney chase. Installed a custom stainless steel chimney cap and stained all new cedar trim and siding to match existing color. Also completed miscellaneous repairs to the EPDM and shingle roofs as well as some additional cedar trim repairs and staining.
