Job of the Month - February 2017

Description of Work: Replaced all existing roofing on the main house with new 12″x20″ Vermont Black slates, .032 Brown aluminum eave flashings, .032 white aluminum rake flashings, 20oz copper apron & base flashings, 20oz copper hip & ridge caps, 16oz copper counter flashings, .032 white aluminum trim wrap at front and rear dormers and replaced gutters with new .032 half round brown aluminum gutters and 3″ round downspouts. Replaced all existing roofing on the garage with new 12″x20″ Vermont Black slates, .032 white aluminum eave and rake flashings and replaced gutters with new .032 half round white aluminum gutters and 3″ round downspouts. Repointed chimney and installed a new 20oz copper custom chimney cap. Replaced flashing at (2) front door features with new 16oz copper.
