Description of Work: Replaced entire rear deck boards, deck access stairs and basement entry stairs with new slate gray colored Azek grooved decking secured with Azek Conceal-Loc hidden fasteners and new 5/8″ white Azek trim around perimeters and tread risers, replaced railings at deck and basement entry stairs with new 4″ x 4″ pressure treated posts, white Azek Premier post sleeves, post caps, post skirts and railings and replaced (2) rotted timbers with new pressure treated 6″ x 6″ timbers.
