Job of the Month - April 2017

Description of Work: Replaced main house roof with new Vermont Canadian Black slates, 20oz copper flashings and 20oz copper ridge caps. Reconfigured and reinstalled existing snow rail system as per Alpine Snow guards engineered specifications. Removed and saved Hardie siding at (8) dormers, added AZEK trim and ‘Z’ flashing where dormer sidewalls join roof, reinstalled Hardie siding and primed and painted siding and trim. Replaced all gutter and downspouts on main house and additions with new 5″ half round white aluminum gutters and 3″ round white aluminum downspouts. Repointed roof side of stone chimney, replaced masonry wash and installed a custom 20oz copper chimney cap with a multi-flue screened hood. Replaced lower rear entrance roof with Midnight Grey colored EcoStar Majestic slates and 20oz copper flashings.
