Suzanne Trimp is our Assistant Production Manager. When our customers call in for repairs or maintenance, she is the friendly, knowledgeable person they speak to! She maintains all customer files and job folders, keeping them updated and organized. She also works closely with Patrick Fick on all Production related issues including Scheduling, Guarantees and Warranties. Suzanne is responsible for continuing our goal of 100% Customer Satisfaction by keeping our customers informed of their job progress along the way. She stays in close contact with the Foreman on a daily basis to make sure the jobs are running smoothly. Rest assured, she will keep you posted from start to finish.
Suzanne graduated from Perry Hall High School and attended classes at Essex Community College. Outside of work Suzanne enjoys hiking and spending time with her friends and family.
