Stacey is our Sales Department Administrator. When our potential clients request an estimate, she is the friendly, knowledgeable person they speak to! She maintains all sales files and estimate requests; keeping them updated and organized. Stacey works closely with Jeffrey Fick on all Sales and Marketing related issues including our current sales activity and goals, our marketing plan, and the training and assistance of our department staff. She develops and monitors several reports, which aid us in the tracking of our sales statistics. Stacey is responsible for maintaining our commitment to our goal of 100% Customer Satisfaction by keeping our customers informed of their estimate progress along the way. She stays in close contact with the estimators on a daily basis to make sure we keep our potential clients satisfied. Rest assured, Stacey will keep you posted from start to finish.
Stacey resides in Towson, MD along with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, and watching her daughter grow before her eyes.
