Patrick Fick, our general manager, has worked in the business since he was 14 years old. Patrick is Joe's son, and 4th generation in the family business. He has moved through the ranks from summertime warehouse helper, to skilled roofing mechanic, to sales, and now general manager. Patrick spends his time scheduling our busy backlog, managing and training over 35 field employees, and of course maintaining our status as, "Baltimore's Best Experience." Certified Contractors NetWork recognized Patrick's management skills when they named him the 2003 National Production Manager of the Year. Patrick graduated from Calvert Hall, where he is now an assistant coach with the varsity lacrosse team. He earned a degree in business from Mount St. Mary's College, where he is the co-founder and vice president of the men's lacrosse alumni association. Patrick and his wife Bridget reside in Towson with their three children Mackenzie, Riley, and Brendan.
