Megan Fick is our Maintenance Department Administrator. When our customers call in for maintenance, she is the friendly, knowledgeable person they speak to! Megan manages the Maintenance division by scheduling maintenance crews, processing paperwork, and corresponding with maintenance customers. She maintains all maintenance customer files, keeping them updated and organized. Megan is responsible for insuring our goal of 100% Customer Satisfaction by keeping our customers informed of their job progress and guaranteeing effective roof maintenance.
She has fulfilled many administrative duties at FB during her college breaks including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll. After graduating from Mount Saint Mary's University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business in May of 2006, Megan worked as an analyst at T. Rowe Price until she joined the Fick Bros Production Department in 2007.
Megan lives in Canton, and enjoys playing lacrosse and going to the beach with her friends.
