Jeffrey is the Vice President & Sales Manager. He is the fourth of five sons of Joseph A. Fick, co-founder of the company. Jeffrey started working at Fick Bros immediately after graduating from Villanova University in 1975, where he was a member of the Golf team and Captain of the Ice Hockey team. He spent most of his school years honing his golf game, so the roofing business was new to him. Like all of the family members, Jeffrey was required to learn the roofing business from the ground up. The first four years of his career Jeffrey spent on the roof, learning the roofing craft. Today Jeffrey is responsible for the sales and marketing departments.
Jeffrey's commitment to excellence is evident in his constant pursuit of making Fick Bros "Baltimore's Best Roofing Experience". Jeffrey has received national recognition as the 1999 Certified Contractors Network (CCN) Most Helpful Member, 2000 Sales Manager of the Year, and the 2004 Sales Manager of the Year. Jeffrey helped develop the Certified Contractors Network University Sales Training Program and was the course instructor for over four years. He is the Past Chairman of the CCN Steering Committee, a former Director of the Associated Building Contractors Insurance Trust, former President of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Maryland, and former President of the Advocate Club of Baltimore.
